If Action Network is your CRM, you can sync your account with New/Mode tools with just a few clicks.
Please note you will need your Action Network API Key.
Step 1: From your New/Mode Community Engagement welcome screen, click "Create a Service:"
Step 2: Insert a title for your integration (example: [Org name] Action Network), then Select CRM as the "Service Type."
Step 3: Step 2 will reveal the Service Provider field: Select Action Network.
Step 4: Copy and paste Action Network API Key, click save and your accounts are all synced!
Step 5 (Optional): You can see your detailed mappings under the Edit/Advanced/CRM Integrations tab. Please note our tools by default send values for first name, last name and email address.
Step 6 (Optional): Adding your Action Network Custom Fields
a) To use Action Network custom fields, please click “Edit Action Network API:”
b) Enter a custom field name per line under Custom Fields. Defined fields will be added to the list of available fields that components can be mapped to. Custom fields that don't already exist within Action Network will automatically be created and added to Activists. See the "Phone" example below.
c) Once you save your custom fields, navigate back to the CRM Integrations tab and Click "Edit" on any given component. Your new custom fields will now appear under "Send to/Action Network API:"
