A Service allows you to integrate New/Mode’s targeted engagement tools with your existing web services, like your CRM and Google Analytics.
You can create a Service on our Service Setup page by following these steps:
Step 1: From your Organization homepage, click the Create a Service link, found on the right-hand side of the page.This will take you to your organization’s Service Setup page, seen above.
Step 2: Provide a Title for the new service you’re setting up, along with a brief description to guide other users in your Organization.
Step 3: Select a Service Type:
- Analytics - to sync with Google Analytics
- CRM - to sync with your CRM
- Email - to sync with Sendgrid, New/Mode’s email delivery platform.
Step 4: Choose your Service Provider:

- Action Network
- Engaging Networks

Important: your support team here at New/Mode will help set up your tool email integrations.
Step 5: Fill out the fields required to connect your New/Mode tool with your CRM (e.g. your API Key, username, password).
Step 6: Click Save. You will be taken to the View screen on your Service page.
