You can access your campaign analytics through your Organization Dashboard:
Once you’re on your Analytics page, there’s a bunch of data that you can analyze to optimize your campaigns:
- Google Analytics conversion data.
- Social share button performance and A/B test results.
- Target, thank you email, fax, and phone call performance.
You can track new types of data by clicking on the Add a block link at the top of the page. Don't forget to save any changes!:
Here are some of the stats tracked for email performance:
An email bounce signifies non-delivery of your email message. When this happens, the mailer will receive an automatic notification of the delivery failure. This failure originates from the recipient’s mail server for a number of reasons (explained below).
The Opens percentage is the total number of times your users opened your emails, divided by the total number of Delivered messages.
The Unique Opens percentage is the number of unique individuals that have opened your emails, divided by the total number of Delivered messages.
The email opens rate on the New/Mode analytic dashboard includes emails to targets, and also Thank-You emails to supporters!
The Conversion Rate is the percentage of visitors who take a desired action on your tool.
